For NYC families scheduled in our two-week program, I offer tailored bedtime visits. I personally arrive to each family before bedtime and stay until 10 PM, creating a calm environment so we can implement proven sleep strategies with the utmost confidence, calm and success.
After our in-person time together, we stay in touch with daily check-ins through the sleep log to ensure your family reaches your sleep goals.
