  • After booking the Complete and scheduling your Sleep Blueprint call, you will fill out an intake form . At the end of this call, we will schedule nighttime visits. Families typically schedule 3-4 nights which align with the first nights of sleep training after “baby steps” have been completed, if applicable to your child.

    I work in 12 hour shifts, visiting your family before bedtime and staying until the morning. I monitor baby closely, either supporting the child themselves or guiding you through the process.

    My well-rounded background as a care provider allows me to bring a warm, comfortable and calming energy to your family’s sleep journey. After our in-person time together, we stay in touch for two week through phone calls and the daily feed/seep log to ensure your little one continues to make progress.

Ella is knowledgeable in a way that allowed her to craft a highly responsive sleep plan for us day by day, based on our baby’s specific needs and changes as we transitioned from co-sleeping to crib sleeping.
