Our sleep support ALWAYS respects a child’s needs for comfort while taking steps to teach them an important lifelong skill: putting themselves to sleep. I will guide you to do less and less as you give baby more and more space.
Learning to fall asleep in a new way is hard work for your child (and you!). Change is always hard for babies/toddlers, and this is especially true around bedtime. Parents can be loving and responsive and at the same time give their child the opportunity master this essential skill of independent sleep.
